Located in the central axis of Guangzhou New City and the superior intersection of the three prime areas: Zhujiang New Town, Pazhou and Tianhe East, this project is only separated by a river from Pazhou International Exhibition, and it’s the unique large waterscape garden and leisure life community with beautiful river view in Tianhe. Taking up a land area of about 120,000 ㎡ and a construction area of about 330,000 ㎡, it consists of 2,989 households and 111 shops from 43 buildings in 11 zones.
